A. Terrazas Notary will meet you at the location of your choice within the Greater Sacramento Region for $60.00 plus additional signature costs or fees. I travel to workplaces, workshops, studios, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, farm, ranches, airports, bookstores, and coffee shops to help you complete the notarization process at a time that is convenient for you.

If you are in the process of buying a house, refinancing, or a loan modification, please tell your escrow company or lender that you would like to use my Mobile Notary Public Service to perform your loan signing.

The day of the appointment expect a confirmation call from A. Terrazas Notary to assure I will be traveling to your destination for your scheduled appointment. Please be sure not to sign or date any of your documents, as some documents must be signed and dated in the presence of a Notary, and bring your entire document(s) to be signed, not just the signature page.

Notary Services

Prior to the appointment Asha Terrazas Notary will call to review all associated costs and the price of the notary service and travel fee’s
Require all signer(s)/witness(es) to be present in person
Examine the document for completeness and ensure all pages are included
Obtain proper identification from all signer(s)/witness(es)
Perform the verbal confirmation
Complete the notarial certificate
Record the notarial act in their journal (as required by the state), all signer(s)/witness(es) stay for the entire process

Acceptable Forms of ID

It is required that all document signers have a valid state-acceptable ID.

State-issued identification card
U.S. military ID
U.S. passport (issued by U.S. Dept. of State)
State, county or local government ID

A Notary May Be Unable to Complete a Notarization When

For certain notarial requests that involve complex rules or unfamiliar notarial types, A. Terrazas Notary may recommend that you obtain further consultation with other notary service providers or legal counsel.

All signer(s)/witness(es) are not present in person with the Notary
A document has missing pages or blank spaces that affect the intent of the document
The signer(s) cannot produce ID or is not known personally by the Notary (California Notaries are required to obtain ID in all cases)
The Notary believes changes to the document may be made after it has been signed
There is no notarial certificate on the document and the signer cannot tell which notarial act is required
The signer and the Notary are not able to communicate with each other
The Notary believes the signer does not understand the purpose or consequences of signing
